Our textile none pressing heat fixation machine produces at higher quality than others, for 5 reasons.
1) It is specially designed as Top-open type. This
means, air convection flow is very stable and temperature profile inside the heater is very homogeneous.
2) It has the required heat capacity for quality results.
3) With passing from bottom to top, fabric will be heated, cooled and heated again for perfect sublimation process.
4) There are no impurities inside the heater.
5) It is none pressing and conserves the fabrics quality, it offers the ideal heat fixaton for pigment ink and direct disperse ink .

High productivity

Linear speed of Heat Fixation Extreme, max. speed is up to 3.5 m/min.
(This means max. production rate is more than 390 m2/hr for NPH-NR1900 and more than 680 m2/hr for
NPH-Q3200.)
This is possible because the heat emission amount is much higher than others with more high-performance heater elements equipped.

Strong heater elements

Equipped with highcapacity stainless steel type heaters, resistant to transport and operation, the heatsetting
has a durability of around 5 years.

No fumes, No smell

Due to high production rate and high temperature, the sublimation process produces large amounts of gas.
The ADC (Air Dust Cleaner) captures all dust and fumes perfectly, with proprietary carbon filter and micro glasswool filter technology.
Also sublimation ink is clean and it can reduce fumes by 50%.

No contamination

Natural convection flow is accelerated by double-layered 6~9 heaters from bottom to
top and there’s no remaining impurities or gases inside the heat chamber. This enables
clean surface of inside the chamber even after months of operation.

Heat control

Heat control in heating zone of the sublimation system is extremely important for stable and superior quality control.
Our Heat Fixator has PID control of temperature to maintain stable target value.
Also can control the max. heat capacity, so it is possible to reduce the heat capacity (KW) during slow operation under inline operation mode.
Linear speed of feeding also take effect on temperature. Air flow rate is another factor which can make effect on temperature.
So it is important to control the ideal flow rate, just a little faster than the value that all fume
can be captured from the chamber. Air flow rate can be controlled by 2 kinds
of circle doors in tube and chamber.

Supporting both of In-line and Off-line operations

Having a flexible design, the heatsetter offers support for various operation modes.
Users can run the Heat Fixator in connection with printer for single streamline, or user can run
Offline functionality is for treating printed fabric rolls from multiple printers.
This is possible due to the complex driving unit (torque motor and servo motor) inside the heat fixation machine.

No worries about maintenance

Using the Textile heat fixator requires almost no change or repair to the parts, motors, heaters, chains, rolls and sensors are very strong
and you can use them for more than 5 years without problem.
All parts are stainless steel and it is not required to clean inside the chamber, because convection flow does not leave any impurities.

Fast start-up

Ous sublimation system uses high capacity heaters to warm up the heat chamber to the desired temperature as soon as possible.
Normally it takes only 15~20 minutes.
The heat fixator drives the up/down roll by air pressure and this enables rapid lifting of fabric
into the heat chamber for fast and stable start-up process with minimizing initial loss.
There’s options of Auto-start and Auto-stop for easy operation.

The none pressing system enables Direct Printing on ‘specially coated textiles’ without using transfer papers.
You can save high investment for press machines and running cost of papers by using this system.
You can use any printers equipped with Epson Piezo heads. The system enables the same or
higher production speed of the highest printing speed of any printers.
Specially designed ‘convection flow’ concept in the machine allows ideal environment of temperature
profiles, without remaining pollution gas inside.Beeing able to use pigment ink and disperse ink
the heat fixation system offers a crispy image output with high saturation of colors (even
more than 90% on back side of thin fabric) is resistant against washing and UV exposure very well.
